How to Cultivate an Attitude of Gratitude In Your Organisation
Updated: May 30, 2019

Let’s be honest, who doesn’t want to be told “You are doing an awesome job” or just to hear a simple “Thank you”
Staff who feel appreciated and happy in their workplace, come to work more motivated to do a better job.
When your staff are happy, they will give your clients more of a positive experience when dealing with your business.

Here are a few tips of making employees feel appreciated in your organisation: -
Just say, thank you and give good feedback to employees at work. Take the time to notice good work.
Look at a bonus or gift certificates to say thank you for their hard work with the project.
A handwritten note or card to show your appreciation.
Take the employee or team out to lunch. I realise some people will think well they are getting paid to do the job. Yes, we know. But when people go beyond and above what is expected of them, it is nice to say Thank You!
Provide a gym membership or swim membership
Buy them a lottery ticket….maybe think of the terms on this one 😊
Get them a bottle of wine or a range of different coffee beans that they might like.
Let them finish early one Friday or have an extra hour in bed on a Monday morning
Finding and retaining good staff is hard work. As an employee, they have a lot of options to re-think where they are working.

A simple "THANK YOU", goes along way…….
